Shipping policy

 

Price includes shipping postage and packaging - Refer to Delivery Exclusions below. 

Delivery Exclusions:

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, all Scottish Islands and Highlands.

Local Delivery Postcodes: KY8, KY9, KY10, KY15 & KY16 will be made by our own vehicles.

Local Pickup: Available to collect directly from Kilnhouse in St Monans.

At this moment in time we are unable to export outside of the UK.

All our Mail order products are delivered by FedEx with ice packaging and is included in the cost. Please note we always book your order in the FedEx system for next day delivery however it is not unusual for delivery to take 2 days.

Once this is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or late deliveries. We will endeavour to deliver our goods as requested however due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances out of our control we may be unable to do so. We will undertake to deliver at the next available opportunity and our liability is limited to this. The packaging we use will keep the food fresh for up to 48 hours. 

We do not receive any compensation from the courier company for Perishable Goods. Therefore we do not offer refunds or replacement products for delayed deliveries or damaged boxes upon delivery. 

Allow four days from ordering for production, dispatch and delivery. If we are unable to supply a product within this time frame we will contact you by e-mail.

At the check out by providing your email or mobile it allows us to add to the courier booking so you the customer can track your parcel.  

Note: If you have any specific requirements please let us know in the Add a note to your order area within your basket.

Parcels are normally delivered between 9am to 6pm.

No weekend deliveries available.

Please note that the majority of our products are perishable and should be kept refrigerated.
