We love our Hot Smoked Salmon! This box contains 12 portions with amazing flavour, why not treat someone special. Some say the best you’ll ever taste! 

Flaky in texture, creamy, simply delicious to taste, melts in your mouth, smoked using oak wood. Enjoy hot or cold.

Some of the Judges Comments:

 A stunning, deep amber finish that glistens. A gentle smokiness with cleverly judged levels that are present yet in no way dominant. Gently sweet, clean, fresh, with hints of minerality from the environment of the fish. Deeply savoury and satisfying. 

Firm and meaty in texture, The smoke is pitched at a good level and the overall flavour is well balanced, a very good product.

The texture was firm but it flaked well and was very creamy. There was a lovely smoky aroma which followed through to the flavour. The flavour was naturally sweet and was perfectly balanced with the level of salt. 

Lovely rippled flesh and a beautiful glaze. The flakes keep their shape. Creamy and sweet. with oiliness that was perfect. The smoke is subtle yet long lasting. Salinity is sound.  A delicious fish.

Scottish Salmon - all smoked fresh to order.

Individually vacuum packed and suitable for home freezing.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.

Note: As we’re a small artisan Kilnhouse, all UK orders placed from Wednesday will be dispatched and delivered by Monday to Wednesday the following week.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, all Scottish Islands and Highlands.

Local Delivery Postcodes: KY8, KY9, KY10, KY15 & KY16 will be made by our own vehicles.

Local Pickup: Available to collect directly from Kilnhouse in St Monans.
